and all these things will be added to you.

(Matthew 6:33)

Diagnostic Ministry Question for Spiritual Growth Ministries

v How can we develop “on-mission” people?

v How can we help people build authentic and contagious Christian character?

v How will it build on or promote current ministry goals of our church?

[1] Whereas it is difficult to measure spiritual growth, churches can measure behaviors related to spiritual growth, such as attendance, biblical giving, Christian service, witnessing and living holy.  Although these indicators are not in and of themselves guarantees of spiritual growth, together they do indicate whether a church body is headed in the right direction.
