Requirement
Our church partners with the Mid-Ohio Food Bank, North American Mission Board (NAMB) of the Southern Baptist Convention and others to provide food to people living in the 43209, 43213, 43227 and 43232 ZIP codes.
ID for immediate family and dependents. This includes all adults and children in your home.
- The following are acceptable forms of ID: Care Source card, Insurance card, School ID, Birth Certificate, Ohio Driver’s License, State of Ohio ID, or current Work ID. We cannot accept Social Security cards.
Current proof of residency (Utility bill or lease agreement with your current address.)
Our food pantry operates on a first come, first served basis.
